The Richmond Night Market is a dazzling summer event that captures the hearts and imaginations of millions of visitors of all ages. The sheer splendor of the site has a magnetic quality, a vast space teeming with visitors, 400 vendors selling extraordinary fabrics, decorations, trinkets, toys and richly aromatic foods, and entertainers romancing audiences with cultural performances from Asian and Western traditions.

Alcan Dragon Boat Festival

Each year the shores of Vancouver’s False Creek sound with the excitement of The Alcan Dragon Boat Festival. Committed to the learning and exploration of Canada’s diverse multi-cultural heritage, the festival is open to all members of the public with all-ages culinary shows, concert performances and of course the races themselves. Come and spend time at City TV’s Taste of the City. As title sponsor, Asian Foods will be showcasing Tao Ti Green Tea and Asian Family Foods. Come visit the stage for great recipe ideas with our feature chef, Lynda LaRouche, showing you unique ways to use our products. The seventh annual City TV Taste of the City event will be held on July 18th, 2009. As with the 2008 event expect a great day of sampling numerous type of cuisine from various restaurants and sponsors.
